SHIPPING POLICY

We use Courier Guy as shipping agent of choice. Even though we take all care to ensure orders are processed faster than you can make a cup of coffee and get the parcel out, we can unfortunately not control the courier once your parcel is in their hands. 

Because we like to keep you in the loop, you will receive email updates from Courier Guy as your parcel speeds it's way to you.

As a rule, we use Economy as shipping option and depending on where you live, it can take anything from 24 hours (Gauteng area) to 5 business days (outlying areas).  

Orders received separately will be shipped as such, unless they reach us within a period where they can be shipped as one parcel. This might however have an impact on shipping cost.

The onus of providing us with the correct shipping adress rests with you as our valued customer. Attention to detail as we would say...

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We take the utmost care to make sure your order is correct and it reaches you in the condition it should. However we realise that life happens and boo-boos occur and we will deal with each case as is relevant.

That being said the following applies:

1. Orders and items supplied correctly will not be accepted for return or exchange once shipped.

2. Damaged items will be replaced or exchanged after we inspected the damage and determined the cause.

3. Return or exchange requests must reach us within 72 hours after you have received your parcel (we will know because Courier Guy notifies us).
