We take pride in the fact that we roast fresh on order, so order readiness depends on the following: 1. The day we receive your order as we have to schedule the roasting line. Orders received in the afternoon will only be on the roasting line of the next day. Orders received on a Friday afternoon will only be on the roasting line the following Monday. The same applies for orders the afternoon before Public Holidays. 2. Cleared payment. Only paid orders will be processed. 3. In most instances, we aim to get parcels out within 24 to 48 hours of payment reflecting.
