This medium roast originates from the Sidamo Region of Ethiopia. It is an unwashed/natural process coffee. During this process the coffee cherry is dried as a whole fruit with the bean still inside the fruit. Once dried the beans are removed for further processing. This process enhances the fruity flavours of this delightfull coffee.
